Route Planning Workshop

Ready to master the art of route planning? Join us for an engaging, in-person workshop where we’ll dive into tips and tricks to make your trips smoother and more efficient. We will talk about navigation tools, analyzing routes by more than just mileage, defining a route, logistics and resupply, and so much more!

Please bring any gps devices or maps you use for route planning. More details will be provided prior to the workshop.

About Building Momentum Bikepacking:
Building Momentum is a Kootenay-based community creating spaces for women, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming folks to learn, share skills, and gain confidence in bikepacking. Through workshops and social rides, we lower barriers to getting outside and making bike adventures accessible.

Who this workshop is for:
This workshop is specifically intended for women, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming participants. It’s beginner-friendly and open to anyone curious about bikepacking or wanting to feel more prepared heading out on their bike.
